The West Cary Neighborhood Coalition (WCNC) is composed of diverse families who have banded together to address local issues regarding development, schools, traffic, and safety. While we live in different subdivisions, West Cary is our COMMUNITY. Our purpose is to gather and disseminate information and, when necessary, act on matters that affect this wonderful community in which we live.
We need to be involved in development and other decisions that impact our daily lives. Cary is a sprawling town covering 60 square miles of land, is home to over 150,000 people, and is growing rapidly. Only 17 percent of the Town’s land remains undeveloped.
Collectively we can see that the concerns of West Cary are addressed, within the whole of the Town of Cary, in a way that is conducive to the existing community.
The West Cary Neighborhood Coalition is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization. Are you interested in being part of a neighborhood coalition and having a voice in what happens in West Cary? Get involved today!
